We want you to love your Little Rooms pieces, so we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original jewelry box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
